Dear Year 6 parents and carers

I know some of you have been enquiring about the Howden physical education kit and the need for moulded football boots. We can confirm that the boys will be partaking in football in September so will need moulded football boots for the 4G and the field. The girls will not be on an activity until after October half-term that requires them to wear moulded football boots. 

We understand that this equipment is an extra cost to parents and carers, and we do offer a boot amnesty where students can swap old boots that are too small for a pair of their size. Alternatively we do have a number of football boots students can borrow for their PE lessons. Please contact the PE department and your child’s class teacher if you have any further questions.
