We want every student to believe that success is possible and within their reach. Aspiration at Howden means setting ambitious goals, working hard and refusing to be limited by circumstance.

This is reflected in the calm, respectful atmosphere in lessons, the way students interact with staff and each other, and the pride they take in representing the school. Courtesy ensures that Howden is a safe, inclusive and supportive environment where everyone feels valued.
